Saint Nordic LLC · 7703 Central Ave NE, Spring Lake Park, MN 55432 · 763-260-1491
Scope of This Document
This document covers: (1) acknowledgment of risk and voluntary release of liability, (2) full scope of that release, (3) third-party services disclaimer, (4) warranty and service issue protocol, and (5) severability. All other standing policies — including electronic signature equivalence, indemnification, dispute resolution, force majeure, and cancellation — are in the master Terms & Conditions and related documents.
I voluntarily leave my vehicle in the care of Saint Nordic LLC for services, including but not limited to diagnostics, repairs, modifications, and parts installation.
I understand that, despite reasonable precautions, there are inherent risks associated with vehicle servicing, such as damage due to pre-existing conditions, defects, or unforeseen events including fire and weather.
I release Saint Nordic LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from liability for any damage, loss, or injury to my vehicle or its contents while in their possession, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by Saint Nordic LLC.
⚠️ Release of Liability
By accepting this document — physically or digitally — I knowingly and voluntarily release Saint Nordic LLC from liability for vehicle damage arising from inherent service risks, pre-existing conditions, and unforeseen events. I waive any right to dispute the validity or enforceability of this release based on its electronic acceptance.
This waiver includes, but is not limited to:
Damage arising from services performed or parts installed by Saint Nordic LLC.
Damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or defects in the vehicle.
Damage to aged or aftermarket equipment, including any fragility inherent to such equipment, for which Saint Nordic LLC is not responsible.
Damage due to unforeseen events beyond Saint Nordic LLC's control, including heat, fire, and weather.
Consequential or incidental damages, such as loss of use, diminished vehicle value, or rental costs.
Saint Nordic LLC is not responsible for diagnoses, repairs, or services performed by third parties — including automotive dealerships, independent repair shops, or mobile mechanics.
I am solely responsible for any costs, fees, or disputes arising from third-party evaluations or repairs, including any modifications or reversals of Saint Nordic LLC's services performed by those third parties.
Saint Nordic LLC's warranty is immediately voided if third-party services are performed on Saint Nordic-installed components without prior written consent from Saint Nordic LLC, as specified in the master Terms & Conditions.
Any issues with products, parts, or services provided by Saint Nordic LLC must be reported to Saint Nordic LLC for evaluation and troubleshooting before seeking third-party services.
Failure to allow Saint Nordic LLC the opportunity to address issues first may void any applicable warranties or service guarantees.
Saint Nordic LLC reserves the right to determine whether an issue is covered under warranty or subject to additional charges.
Unless specified in writing in the invoice or estimate, Saint Nordic LLC provides no express or implied warranties beyond what is stated in the master Terms & Conditions, to the extent permitted by Minnesota law. Manufacturer warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer.
Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, contact Saint Nordic LLC in writing within 14 days of the failure or malfunction. Do not take the vehicle to a third party before Saint Nordic LLC has had the opportunity to evaluate and address the issue — doing so will void all applicable warranty coverage.
If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
This agreement is supplemental to the Saint Nordic LLC Service Authorization, Deposit and Down Payment Terms, and the master Terms & Conditions at saintnordic.com/pages/contract, all of which form part of this agreement.
I acknowledge that I have the right to consult legal counsel before signing or accepting this agreement, and have either done so or voluntarily chosen not to.
By signing or digitally accepting this document, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms contained herein.
