Saint Nordic Custom Autoworks (legal name Saint Nordic LLC), 7703 Central Ave NE, Ste A, Minneapolis, MN 55432, ("Saint Nordic", "we", "us") installs vehicle electronics such as remote starts, radios, audio, lighting, radar detectors and dash cameras. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we handle text messaging.

Information we collect

Contact details: your name, mobile phone number, email address and mailing address.
Vehicle details: year, make, model, VIN and the features of your vehicle relevant to the work.
Job and appointment details: quotes, proposals, appointments, the work we do, inspection photos, signatures and notes.
Payment details: amounts, payment method and receipts. Card payments are processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
Messages: what you send us by text, email, website chat or phone.
Website information: pages visited and device and browser information collected by our website platform.

How we use your information

To quote, schedule and complete your installation, and to provide warranty service.
To send you confirmations, reminders, updates, payment links and receipts about your own appointments and jobs.
To answer your questions and provide customer support.
To process payments, keep business records and meet legal obligations.

Text messaging (SMS)

Saint Nordic Custom Autoworks texts customers only after they opt in by ticking an optional, unchecked checkbox when booking online or approving a quote or proposal. Opting in is never required to book or buy. Texts are about your own appointments and jobs: confirmations, reminders, notices that your vehicle is ready for pickup, payment links and receipts, a review request after your job, and replies to messages you send us. We do not send marketing or promotional texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, START to opt back in, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The only exception is the text messaging service provider that delivers our messages on our behalf.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the shop, such as our payment processor, text messaging and email providers, scheduling and website hosting, and only as needed for them to perform those services. We may also disclose information when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep information

We keep customer, vehicle and job records for as long as needed to provide service and warranty support, and to meet legal and tax requirements.
