DOWN PAYMENT TERMS.
By accepting the invoice, approval, proposal, or job provided by Saint Nordic LLC, you agree to the following terms governing deposits and down payments. Cancellation procedures, dispute resolution, and all other standing policies are governed by the master Terms & Conditions at saintnordic.com/pages/contract.

Scope of This Document
This document covers deposit and down payment terms only — including non-refundable policy, rescheduling limits, project cancellation, and indemnification. Cancellation procedures, dispute resolution, and all other standing policies are in the master Terms & Conditions and Service Authorization.
All deposits and down payments made to Saint Nordic LLC are non-refundable and will be applied toward the final invoice for the agreed-upon project, estimate, invoice, proposal, or service.
Deposits and down payments secure parts, materials, or scheduling for the project and are not refundable, even if the project is canceled.
Acceptance of the digital quote, proposal, or invoice — including digital acceptance via Urable or any other platform — constitutes agreement to these deposit terms. Digital acceptance carries the same legal weight as a handwritten signature under the E-SIGN Act.
Parts Upon Cancellation: In the event of project cancellation after custom or special-order parts have been ordered, the customer will be provided with those parts. Parts will be made available for customer pickup at Saint Nordic Custom Autoworks upon confirmation that all outstanding balances owed to Saint Nordic LLC have been paid in full. Parts will not be released until the account is settled.
⚠️ Deposits Are Non-Refundable
Under no circumstances will deposits or down payments be refunded once paid. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including customer-initiated cancellation, project scope changes, or inability to complete the project on the customer's end.
Customers may reschedule their appointment up to three (3) times without forfeiting their deposit or down payment, provided Saint Nordic LLC is notified at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment start time.
Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice counts as one of the three allowed attempts and may result in forfeiture at the discretion of Saint Nordic LLC.
Additional rescheduling beyond three attempts will result in forfeiture of the deposit or down payment, at the discretion of Saint Nordic LLC.
If the customer chooses to cancel the project or job entirely, the deposit or down payment will be forfeited and will not be refunded, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Forfeiture reflects costs already incurred by Saint Nordic LLC for parts, labor, scheduling, and loss of revenue caused by the cancelled appointment.
Partial completion of a project does not entitle the customer to a refund of any deposit or down payment. The customer remains responsible for all costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.
Custom or special-order parts that have been ordered cannot be returned and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saint Nordic LLC, its owners, employees, and representatives from any claims, lawsuits, damages, or expenses — including reasonable attorney's fees — arising from my breach of this agreement or misuse of services provided by Saint Nordic LLC.
This indemnification does not apply to claims arising from Saint Nordic LLC's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
This agreement is supplemental to the Saint Nordic LLC Service Authorization and the master Terms & Conditions at saintnordic.com/pages/contract, all of which form part of this agreement.
I acknowledge that I have the right to consult legal counsel before signing or accepting this agreement, and have either done so or voluntarily chosen not to.
By signing or digitally accepting this document, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms contained herein.
Saint Nordic Representative
If accepted digitally via Urable or any other platform, physical signature is not required — the digital acceptance record serves as the binding signature for this document.
Digital Acceptance Notice
If this document is being accepted digitally, your electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding signature under the E-SIGN Act and applicable Minnesota state law. A timestamped record will be retained by Saint Nordic LLC.
