AUTHORIZATION.

This per-appointment document authorizes Saint Nordic LLC to perform the specific services listed below. Standing policies — including warranties, refunds, returns, shipping, customer-supplied products, and dispute resolution — are governed by the master Terms & Conditions at saintnordic.com/pages/contract.

Scope of This Document

This Service Authorization covers only: (1) authorization to perform specific services, (2) appointment-specific payment terms, (3) cancellation policy for this appointment, (4) customer responsibilities at drop-off, and (5) parts availability. All other policies are in the master Terms & Conditions.

Digital Quote Serves as Official Record

The digital quote, estimate, or proposal accepted by the customer via Urable or any other platform serves as the official record of customer information, vehicle details, mileage, and services to be performed for this appointment. Physical entry of this information on this form is not required when a signed or accepted digital quote is on file. The accepted quote or proposal is incorporated into and forms part of this Service Authorization by reference.

Authorization for Services
Scope & Approval for This Appointment
I have reviewed the attached digital quote and/or estimate and approve the services, items, terms, and prices listed therein.
I authorize Saint Nordic LLC to operate my vehicle for testing, inspection, delivery, and performance of services, and to order any required custom parts as specified in the quote.
I understand that estimates are subject to change. Saint Nordic LLC will contact me for approval before proceeding with additional parts or services beyond the original estimate.
Digital Acceptance: Accepting the digital quote or proposal via Urable or any other platform, clicking "Accept" or "Approve," responding affirmatively via email or text, or making a payment constitutes a legally binding signature under the E-SIGN Act, equal in weight to a handwritten signature on this document. A timestamped record of digital acceptance will be retained and serves as authorization for all services listed in that quote.

Payment Terms
This Appointment Only
Invoices will be issued upon project completion or at key stages as specified in the payment schedule.
I agree to pay all invoices by the due date via cash or approved payment card. Card payments are subject to a 3% processing surcharge.
I agree to cover any additional costs required to complete the project, as mutually agreed upon with Saint Nordic LLC.
⚠️ Non-Payment — Vehicle Hold

Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in project suspension, termination, storage fees of $50 per day, and withholding of the customer's vehicle until payment is made in full. Warranty terms for non-payment are governed by the master Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
This Appointment
Cancellation Notice: All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit or down payment.
No Call, No Show: Failure to attend without prior notice results in immediate forfeiture of any deposit or down payment.
After 3 cancellations, the deposit is forfeited and Saint Nordic reserves the right to decline future scheduling.

Customer Responsibilities
Drop-Off & Communication
I am responsible for removing all personal belongings from my vehicle before service.
I am responsible for disclosing any known pre-existing electrical issues, modifications, or prior damage before work begins.
I agree to be reasonably available to answer questions and provide timely feedback related to this project.

Parts Availability
Substitutions & Backorders
Parts are subject to availability. Saint Nordic may substitute products with those of similar value, function, and nature. I will be notified and asked for approval before any substitution.
Saint Nordic is not responsible for project delays caused by parts backorders, manufacturer lead times, or supply chain issues.

Force Majeure
Events Beyond Our Control
Saint Nordic LLC is not liable for delays due to events beyond its reasonable control, including parts shortages, natural disasters, severe weather, or labor disputes. Customers will be notified and given an updated timeline.

Reference to Master Terms & Conditions
Standing Policies

I acknowledge that I have reviewed and agree to the master Terms & Conditions at saintnordic.com/pages/contract, which govern all warranty terms, refunds, returns, shipping, customer-supplied products, ADAS liability, vehicle condition, dispute resolution, and all other standing policies. Those terms form part of this agreement and are incorporated by reference.
