2. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, as specified on our Contract page.

  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be added at checkout.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through secure third-party payment providers (e.g., major credit cards, PayPal).

  • Saint Nordic LLC may refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, with a full refund issued if applicable, per the policies on our Contract page.

3. Special-Order and Custom Products

  • Per our Contract page, “custom” products—defined as equipment made, created, cut to fit, modified, or ordered for specific customer installation needs or applications—are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances.

  • This policy applies to special-order and custom products, as noted on applicable product listing pages and detailed in our Contract page.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • As stated on our Contract page, refunds for non-special-order, non-custom products may be considered only for items that are new, unused, and in their original packaging, subject to:

    • Requests within 14 days of delivery.

    • A 20% restocking fee to cover shipping, handling, and inventory costs.

    • Approval at the sole discretion of Saint Nordic LLC.

  • No refunds will be provided for labor, deposits, retainers, special ordered items,  or cancelled custom services once started, as outlined in our Contract page.

5. Warranty

Products are covered by a limited warranty, typically 90 days, as detailed on our Warranty Information page (https://saintnordic.com/pages/warranty-information) and referenced in our Contract page. Warranty claims are limited to defective products and do not cover misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear. Used products are not eligible for returns outside of warranty coverage.

6. Product Use and Liability

  • As noted on our Contract page, many products are sold for off-road use only unless otherwise stated. Saint Nordic LLC is not responsible for improper installation, application, or use of our products.

  • Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility before purchase, as indicated on product listing pages.

  • Saint Nordic LLC disclaims liability for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from product use, per our Contract page.

7. Intellectual Property
